Opinion

Upon review of the response [and reply] to the Court's Order to Show Cause dated April 8, 2015, the Court has determined that it should accept jurisdiction in this case. It is ordered that the petition for review is granted, the First District Court of Appeal's decision is quashed, and this case is hereby remanded for resentencing in conformance with the framework established in chapter 2014–220, Laws of Florida, which has been codified in sections 775.082, 921.1401, and 921.1402 of the Florida Statutes. See Horsley v. State, 160 So.3d 393, 395 (Fla.2015).

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
