ORDER
The complaint is dismissed sua sponte for failure to allege facts sufficient to establish subject matter jurisdiction. 28 U.S.C. § 1332 requires that the parties be of diverse citizenship, not residence.
Plaintiff may file an amended complaint sufficiently alleging jurisdiction provided it is filed on or before June 21, 2001.
