MATTHEW COOPER Petitioner(s) v. TIMOTHY H. CANNON, ETC. Respondent(s)

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 3D02-3133; 132001CF0141150001XX

To the extent the petitioner seeks review of State v. Cooper, 835 So. 2d 377 (Fla. 3d DCA 2003), the petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Cf. Mathews v. Crews, 132 So. 3d 776, 779 (Fla. 2014) (stating that extraordinary writ jurisdiction cannot be used to circumvent the limitations of the Court's discretionary jurisdiction set forth in article V, section 3(b)(3), of the Florida Constitution). To the extent the petitioner seeks other relief, the petition is dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur. A True Copy
