ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-002866-19 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, limited to the issues of whether plaintiffs’ implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing claim should have been dismissed, whether defendants waived the attorney-client privilege for certain communications, and whether plaintiffs’ counsel made improper or misleading comments during summation about transferring patients that require a new trial (i.e., Issue I., Issue II.A., and argument one of Issue II.B. of the petition). Certification is denied as to all other issues.
