Indictment charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy. Before McDERMOTT, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1236, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1976, Nos. 968 and 969. Argued March 23, 1978.
