Indictments charging defendant with larceny, attempted larceny, burglary and receiving stolen goods. Before ROSENBERG, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2322, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nos. 72-05-0797 and 0801. Submitted March 21, 1977.
