June 20, 1980.

Criminal proceedings. Criminal attempt, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, possession of an instrument of crime, violations of the Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act and criminal conspiracy. Before HONEYMAN, J. No. 1599 Oct. T., 1979. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 5258 of 1978.
