Indictment charging defendant with recklessly endangering another person and aggravated assault. Before KELLER, J. Verdict of not guilty of recklessly endangering another person and guilty of aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 27, March T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, No. 108 of 1975. Submitted March 16, 1977.
