Decisions Pursuant to Rule 1:28. On the charges of carjacking and receiving a stolen motor vehicle, the judgments are reversed, the verdicts are set aside, and the indictments thereon are to be dismissed. On the charges of unarmed robbery and receiving stolen property, the convictions are affirmed, the sentences thereon are vacated, and the matter is remanded to the Superior Court for resentencing consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court.
