Indictments charging defendant with rape, kidnapping, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, robbery and criminal conspiracy. Before GOLDMAN, J. Verdict of guilty of all charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1521, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1975, Nos. 985 to 995, inclusive. Argued March 21, 1978.
