Indictments charging defendant with aggravated robbery, unlawful carrying of firearms and conspiracy. Before SHELLEY, J. Appeals, Nos. 35 to 37 inclusive, March T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, No. 221 of 1969. Argued March 13, 1972.
