Appeal, No. 29, May T., 1959, from judgment of Superior Court, March T., 1958, No. 64, affirming judgment of Court of Quarter Sessions of Dauphin County, March T., 1957, No. 104, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Stanley Stuart Stone. Judgment affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 187 Pa. Super. 236.

Indictment charging defendant with cheating by fraudulent pretenses. Before KREIDER, J.

Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence thereon. Defendant appealed to Superior Court which affirmed judgment as modified. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.
