The judgment on the firearms count is reversed, the verdict on that count is set aside, the order denying the motion to suppress is vacated, and an order shall be entered allowing the motion to suppress. The case is remanded to the District Court for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order on file with the Appeals Court.
