Appeal, No. 163, Jan. T., 1969, from order of Court of Oyer and Terminer of Lackawanna County, Oct. T., 1966, No. 27, in case of Commonwealth v. Carl J. Smulek. Order affirmed.

Petition for post-conviction relief. Before CONABOY, J.

Petition denied after hearing. Defendant appealed.
