Proceedings on appeal from conviction of violation of Motor Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 4524(c). Before DILLON, J., non-jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 943, April T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, No. CA 47 of 1978, Vol. 67, Page 111. Submitted October 26, 1978.
