Appeal, No. 22, May T., 1971, from judgment of Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, No. 992 of 1969, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Dallas Robert Scott. Judgment affirmed.

Indictment charging defendant with murder. Before KREIDER, P. J.

Verdict of guilty of murder in second degree. Defendant's motion for new trial withdrawn and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed.
