Indictments charging defendant with assault and battery with intent to ravish, rape, conspiracy, sodomy, aggravated robbery and burglary. Before SMITH, Jr., J. Appeals, Nos. 429 to 433, inclusive, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1967, Nos. 356, 357, 359, 360, 361. Argued March 16, 1970.
