Indictments charging defendant with forcible rape, burglary, corrupting the morals of a minor, aggravated robbery, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, and assault and battery with intent to murder. Before CAIN, JR., J. Verdict of guilty of all charges. Defendant's motion in arrest of judgment denied and motion for new trial granted. Commonwealth appealed. Appeal, No. 1267, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Dec. T., 1972, Nos. 986 to 990, inclusive. Submitted September 13, 1976.
