Indictment charging defendant with simple and aggravated assault. Before CAESAR, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty of simple assault and not guilty of aggravated assault and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 340, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, March T., 1976, No. 1673. Submitted June 13, 1977.
