Indictment charging defendant with robbery and conspiracy. Before BROWN, P.J. Verdict of guilty of both charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1415, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Nos. 2908 and 2909 of 1975. Argued September 15, 1977.
