Indictments charging defendant with burglary, aggravated robbery, playfully and wantonly pointing a firearm, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. Before LOWE, J., specially presiding. Appeal, No. 1871, Oct. T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1972, Nos. 1088 and 1089. Argued March 26, 1974.
