Indictments charging defendant with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy. Before McDERMOTT, J. Verdict of not guilty of burglary and guilty of remaining charges and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1271, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Sept. T., 1976, Nos. 966 and 967. Argued March 21, 1978.
