Indictments charging defendant with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act, assault with intent to kill, forgery, uttering a false instrument, and aggravated robbery. Before STOUT, J., without a jury. Appeals, Nos. 1513 and 1514, Oct. T., 1972, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, July T., 1971, Nos. 417 and 448. Argued September 18, 1973.
