Appeals, Nos. 227 and 228, Oct. T., 1966, from judgments of sentence of Court of Oyer and Terminer and Quarter Sessions of the Peace of Philadelphia County, Aug. T., 1964, Nos. 1168 and 1169. Indictments charging defendant with conspiracy, assault and battery, aggravated assault and battery, indecent assault, assault and battery with intent to ravish, and rape. Argued June 15, 1966.
