Indictments charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while operating privileges were suspended. Before WALSH, J. Plea of guilty entered and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1240, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, No. 1606 of 1975. Submitted June 22, 1976.
