Indictment charging defendant with failure to disperse upon official order. Before RUFE, III, J. Verdict of guilty and judgment of sentence entered thereon. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 7, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, No. 1645 of 1973. Argued March 17, 1976.
