Criminal proceedings. Simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, felonious restraint, criminal attempt and indecent assault. Before SUGERMAN, J. No. 1578 Oct. T., 1977. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, No. 546 C of 1974. Submitted March 21, 1978.
