Indictments charging defendant with robbery, possession of an instrument of crime, violation of the Uniform Firearms Act and aggravated assault. Before CAESAR, J., non-jury. Defendant found guilty and judgment of sentence entered. (Sentence suspended as to violation of Uniform Firearms Act.) Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 2485, October T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, June T., 1976, Nos. 06-76-572-575. Submitted September 15, 1978.
