The order of the Lynn District Court revoking the defendant's probation and requiring him to pay $4,275 in back child support or spend thirty days in the house of correction is reversed. The Lynn District Court is further ordered to terminate the defendant's probation status established on January 23, 1965, on complaint No. 65-318.
