Commonwealth v. Cohen

Appeals Court of Massachusetts
Apr 8, 2009
74 Mass. App. Ct. 1103 (Mass. App. Ct. 2009)

Opinion

No. 08-P-1742.

April 8, 2009.

So much of the order of the single justice as denied the defendant's motion for a stay on the ground that it failed to present an issue which is worthy of presentation to an appellate court, one which offers some reasonable possibility of a successful decision in the appeal, is vacated.
