Criminal proceedings. Robbery, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, recklessly endangering another person, criminal conspiracy and the commission of a crime with firearms. Before MELLENBERG, J. No. 1399 Oct. T., 1978. Appeal from the judgment of sentence of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County, Criminal Division, No. 37 of 1978. Submitted June 13, 1980.
