Indictments charging defendant with bribery, tampering with a witness, criminal solicitation to commit perjury, criminal solicitation to commit theft and violations of The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act. Before ROSS, J. Demurrer sustained to one charge of bribery and verdict of guilty on remaining charges. Defendant's motions for new trial and in arrest of judgment denied and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 965, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, Nos. 7503536 and 7503538.
