Indictment charging defendant with theft by unlawful taking and burglary. Before GRIFO, J. Verdict of guilty of burglary and not guilty of theft by unlawful taking and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 1437, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, No. 911 of 1976. Submitted December 6, 1977.
