Appeals, Nos. 445 and 446, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Nov. T., 1965, Nos. 1015 and 1016. Indictments charging defendant with corrupting the morals of a minor, assault and battery, indecent assault, aggravated assault and battery and assault and battery with intent to ravish. Argued December 12, 1966.
