Appeal, No. 66, Jan. T., 1972, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Centre County, Oct. T., 1963, No. 5, in case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Dick Lavere Ahearn, a/k/a Richard Lavere Ahearn. Order affirmed.

Proceedings under Post Conviction Hearing Act. Before CAMPBELL, P. J.

Petition dismissed. Defendant appealed.
