Indictments charging defendant with possession of a prohibited offensive weapon, false imprisonment, robbery, burglary, and making terroristic threats. Before FRANCIOSA, J., without a jury. All charges nolle prossed except offensive weapon charge and defendant found guilty of possession of a prohibited offensive weapon and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 986, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Oct. T., 1975, No. 187. Submitted September 12, 1977.
