Indictments charging defendant with murder, criminal conspiracy, possession of an instrument of crime and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Before SMITH, J. Verdict of not guilty of murder and guilty on other indictments. Defendant's motion for new trial denied and motion in arrest of judgment on conspiracy conviction granted and denied as to other offenses and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 20, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Nov. T., 1975, No. 811. Argued March 23, 1977.

Order affirmed as to the arrest of judgment on the charge of criminal conspiracy. Judgment of sentence affirmed as to all other charges.
