Indictment charging defendant with assault and battery with intent to ravish, statutory rape, and corrupting the morals of a minor. Before MUNSON, J. Appeal, No. 495, April T., 1973, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County, No. 462 of 1972. Argued April 9, 1974.
