Indictment charging defendant with assault and battery, aggravated robbery, indecent assault, assault and battery with intent to ravish, and burglary. Before REIMEL, P.J. Appeals, Nos. 690 and 691, Oct. T., 1966, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia County, Nos. 2443 and 2445 of 1966 Term. Argued: December 11, 1967.
