Appeal, No. 174, Jan. T., 1959, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1958, No. 207, affirming order of Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County, March T., 1948, No. 260, in case of Commonwealth ex rel. Edward Lotz v. Betty Lotz. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 188 Pa. Super. 241.

Proceeding upon petition for clarification of visitation order entered in child custody proceeding. Before CURRAN, J.

Order entered directing child be compelled to visit with petitioner over child's objection. Respondent appealed to Superior Court which affirmed order. Appeal to Supreme Court allowed.

The order of the Superior Court is affirmed.
