Appeal, No. 443, Jan. T., 1966, from order of Court of Common Pleas No. 1 of Philadelphia County, March T., 1965, No. 927, in case of Commonwealth ex rel. Eugene Floyd v. Alfred T. Rundle, Superintendent. Order affirmed.

Habeas corpus.

Petition denied after hearing. Relator appealed.
