JUDGMENT

In accordance with the Memorandum and Order entered this day and incorporated herein,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Judgment is entered for Defendants Special Administrative Board Transitional School District of the City of St. Louis and Thamous Wooten, and against Plaintiffs Taylor Clines and his legally appointed Co-Guardians Diane Clines and Damon Clines, and that Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint (Doc. 87) is DISMISSED, with prejudice.
