Summary Dispositions August 30, 1996:
In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the orders of the Court of Appeals dated September 21 and November 27, 1995, are vacated, and the case is remanded to that Court for consideration as on leave granted. MCR 7.302(F)(1). On remand, the Court of Appeals is to consolidate this case with Court of Appeals Nos. 192470 and 193765 regarding the same subject matter. The parties are directed to brief and argue the effect of conflicting orders from MERC and the Act 312 arbitration panel. Jurisdiction is not retained.
