Action to foreclose municipal tax liens on certain property owned by the named defendant, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the named defendant filed counterclaims; after the defendant Burritt Mutual Savings and Loan Association et al. were defaulted for failure to appear, the case was tried to the court, Aspell, J.; judgment in part for the plaintiff on the complaint and on the counterclaims, from which the named defendant appealed to this court; thereafter, the court, Shaughnessy, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for judgment of strict foreclosure and rendered judgment thereon, from which the named defendant further appealed to this court, which reversed the trial court's judgment and remanded the case for further proceedings; on remand, the trial court, O'Connor, J., rendered judgment of foreclosure by sale, and the named defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
