The plaintiff's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 158 Conn.App. 565, 119 A.3d 1229 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the plaintiff's property tax appeal was not timely commenced under General Statutes § 12–117a ?"

McDONALD, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
