ORDER CHANGING OPINION

       BAKER, C.J.

       IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion in the above case filed March 17, 1997, be changed as follows:

       1. On page 1, line 7 of the first paragraph [column 2, line 21, page 1262 of 932 P.2d] of the opinion, commencing with the words "from an employer's disciplinary acts or a personality dispute", said line shall be changed to read "from an employer's disciplinary acts or its response to a personality dispute".

       2. On page 8, the second sentence in paragraph 2, commencing on line 11, [column 1, line 20, page 1265 of 932 P.2d] shall be deleted in its entirety. The following sentence is added in place of the deleted sentence: "We agree with the Bishop court's holding that an employer's disciplinary decision in response to a workplace personality dispute cannot be the basis for such a claim."

       3. On page 9, commencing with line 4, [column 1, line 39, page 1265 of 932 P.2d], the words "extended beyond the acceptable realm of" shall be deleted and the words "was not" shall be inserted in their place. Line 4 shall now read "evidence for the jury to have found that the Morris incident was not employer discipline ..."

       Except as herein modified, the court's opinion in this matter filed on March 17, 1997, is unchanged. Appellant's Motion for Reconsideration filed April 4, 1997, is granted to the extent reflected in this order, and is otherwise denied.
