ORDER

The Court has under consideration the Amended Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Paul D. Stickney on Defendants' Motion to Dismiss, filed May 6, 2003. The Court has considered the objections that were filed and has made a de novo review of those portions of the proposed Amended Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation to which objection was made. The objections are overruled, and the Court accepts the Amended Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge.

The Court finds that Plaintiff fails to state a claim for enforcement of a judgment or for violation of his civil rights. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 12(b)(6) is GRANTED. All other pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. Plaintiff's action is dismissed with prejudice for failure to state a claim.

SO ORDERED.
