Appeal from the Baltimore City Court (DENNIS, C.J.).

Suit by Joseph J. Popp against Challenge Clothes, Inc., to recover amounts allegedly due as salary. This case and the case of Nathan Polski against the same defendant, previously reported ( 181 Md. 590), were tried together. From a judgment for plaintiff, the defendant appeals.

Judgment reversed, without a new trial.

The cause was argued before SLOAN, C.J., DELAPLAINE, COLLINS, MARBURY, GRASON, MELVIN, and ADAMS, JJ.
