Per Curiam. AFFIRMED . See Anderson v. Snyder , 389 F. Supp. 3d 1082, 1093 (S.D. Fla. 2019) (rejecting a claim that deputies were negligent for failing to involuntarily commit a decedent under Florida's Baker Act because such a decision is a category II function for which there is no duty of care under Trianon Park Condo. Ass'n, Inc. v. City of Hialeah , 468 So. 2d 912 (Fla. 1985) ).
