Appeal, No. 70, Jan. T., 1933, by plaintiff, from judgment of C. P. Schuylkill Co., July T., 1930, No. 82, in case of Pasquale Cara v. The Merchants Fire Insurance Company. Reversed.


For the reasons given in the opinion this day filed at No. 69, January Term, 1933, the judgment is reversed and a new trial awarded.
